About Us
The Behaviour Base provides a bespoke and holistic client-centred consultancy service for children with communication, learning and behaviour challenges and their families to help improve their quality of life, using a blend of evidence-based practices.

We specialise in autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other related developmental disorders, but also work with children who do not have a diagnosis.
We are committed to using evidence-based practice to design individualised interventions and behaviour plans with measurable learning and behaviour goals that are functional, meaningful and effectively facilitate socially significant changes for the individuals we support.
We work diligently to create positive learning environments, using a range of play-based strategies and techniques as well as breaking down targets into small achievable steps, to ensure children are engaged, motivated and able to access learning at their level.

The Behaviour Base is committed to providing a professional and ethical service that complies with the guidelines for Responsible Conduct of the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Services
Home-based/School-based Consultancy
We create individualised programmes catered to the needs of your child.
Programmes can be based in the home environment, school setting, in the community or across all settings.
Parent Training
We offer parent training as a component of the home/school programme or as a separate service for parents who may want training on how best to motivate their child to learn new skills or to help their child with emotional regulation.
Parent training sessions offer opportunities for parents to gain additional knowledge and strategies for teaching and interacting with their child.
BCBA Supervision
We provide supervision and training to those seeking board certification.
